Canner’s Vacuum Gauge
Used to measure the vacuum pressure of seamed cans.  The gauge is placed on top of the can and the piercing needle is forced through the top of the can.  The rubber collar forms a temporary seal to allow for measurement.  Consists of a 0 to 30” Hg vacuum gauge, pierce point, and rubber collar.  Also available with dual scale to measure pressure to 15 psi.

Headspace Gauge

A clear, plastic FDA approved tool for checking the amount of headspace in packed cans.  The gauge is placed across the top of an open can, and the clear plastic teeth contact the liquid level inside the can.  The graduated teeth have measurements molded across the top of the gauge.  Measures headspace to 1/32”.
